CALIBRATION SERVICES

One workflow. Three levels of support.

Every recalibration supported by Auggie Air runs the same workflow: the target renders to the manufacturer’s specification, your scan tool performs the calibration, and the job produces its own record. What changes is how much support is on the job, and that is yours to pick, job by job.

Self-Guided Calibration

The default. Your technician runs the recalibration end to end, with about ten minutes of guided setup on screen and an AirPro Brand Specialist one click away if it is needed.

Target Request

The middle path. The target setup is handled remotely for the exact vehicle in the bay; your technician confirms it and completes the recalibration.

Assisted Calibration

The escalation. An AirPro Brand Specialist guides the recalibration remotely from start to finish, while your technician handles the vehicle.

Support level changes. The standard does not.

Whichever way the job runs, it runs to the manufacturer’s specification and produces the same documentation: captured against the brand-specific OEM position statement, with timestamped pre-calibration and post-calibration system state, the procedure followed, and the target setup used.

The record reads the same whether your technician ran the job alone or a Brand Specialist guided every step.

The level of support is a job decision.

A brand your technicians run every week goes self-guided. An unfamiliar procedure gets a target request. The vehicle nobody wants to guess on goes fully assisted. One system to learn, one process to run, and the support dial moves whenever you want it to.

Start with the vehicle in front of you.

If Auggie Air fits the way your shop works, an AirPro Representative takes it from there.
