Sales Lead Follow-up / Customer Service

 Job Duties:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide follow-up on sales leads
  • Provide prospects precise information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Maintain communication with existing clients
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

 Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (required)
  • Previous experience in Automotive Collision Centers (highly preferred)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
