Job Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide follow-up on sales leads
- Provide prospects precise information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Maintain communication with existing clients
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (required)
- Previous experience in Automotive Collision Centers (highly preferred)
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
