I almost immediately realized the “Can Do” culture the company provides. Coming from years of dealer service fixed operations I didn’t have any direct body shop experience, so I had to ask a lot of questions in the beginning. It seems most anyone I ask will take the time to answer questions and provide any help I might need. From my position as a field person, it is vital for me to have back end support and I definitely have that any time I need it. I’m proud to be a part of this cool little company!
