We have a happy work-family here. It’s nice to actually come into work and want to be here. We have an executive management team that encourages the team members to exchange ideas and all are approachable. And we are all friends outside of work as well which in some instances is not a great idea. But most of our staff have come to us thru referrals of team members so they are friends. All our team members are there for each other. We lift each other up when we are having a bad day and we celebrate our achievements. It’s just a great place to work.
