We can give repairers the exact tools they need in one seamless experience, making every repair safer, faster and more profitable. A scan tool tells you which modules are reporting a fault. It does not tell you which calibrations the manufacturer requires for the repair you are about to perform. Revv does, at the VIN level, traceable to the manufacturer’s own position statement. When that work is identified, an OEM brand specialist is on the line in under ninety seconds to guide your own technician through it, on around 95 percent of the vehicles on the road. And every job produces the documentation that shows it was done to specification. We know there is a better way, and we are committed to bringing that vision to life with the combination of AirPro and Revv.

We knew Revv’s products would be a perfect fit with our existing hardware and services, but it was the shared values between the two teams that showed us we can build amazing products and experiences for our customers that change the way the industry operates. Revv, like AirPro, has built their brand on customer obsession and delivering real value to their customers, and as the two teams got to know each other we knew that the teams together could build something genuinely different within the industry.  Adi Bathla and Rashmi Sinha, who founded Revv, are staying and reinvesting in the combined company. Adi joins us as President and Chief Innovation Officer and takes a seat on our board.

With the backing of Rotunda Capital Partners, we can stay focused on what delivers value to our customers and continue to invest in new solutions. We know that the repair process has become increasingly complex at the same time that margins are getting tighter and that no one company has yet simplified the process end to end. That is what we have set out to change. We know that calibrations and the repair process will continue to evolve and get more complex, which is why the ability to continue to invest and evolve our products as the industry changes is critical to support our customers now and in the future.
