What other services can I access beyond the pre-scan?
Flex gives you access to AirPro’s full service menu on a pay-per-use basis. That includes scanning, diagnostics, calibrations, and module programming, with support led by a US-based Brand Specialist. You only pay for what you use.
What happens if I need more than 20 pre-scans in a month?
AirPro Flex 20 includes 20 Self-Inspection Scans per month. Additional scans are available at a per-scan overage rate. If your volume consistently exceeds 20, AirPro Flex Unlimited at $999/mo. gives you unlimited self-service pre-scans for a flat monthly cost.
How does the service agreement work?
AirPro Flex is structured as a 24-month service agreement with a cancel-anytime provision. The 24-month term is what allows AirPro to include the device and hold your per-scan rate steady. Most shops stay because the service earns it, not because of the paperwork.
What does “cancel anytime” mean?
It means exactly that. If AirPro is not delivering the value your shop needs, you can cancel with 90 days notice. We’re confident in what we provide, and that confidence is why we offer the flexibility.
