AirPro Products. The diagnostic hardware, calibration targeting, and operating system behind industry-leading ADAS service.

AirPro Diagnostics builds the tools that bring expert ADAS diagnostics and calibration into your bay. The AirPro Diagnostic & Calibration Device connects to the vehicle, Auggie Air handles forward-facing camera targeting, and ORION connects both to one of our US-based Brand Specialists. The hardware lives in your shop. The technical depth and the documentation come from AirPro.

One platform built around the US-based Brand Specialist.

AirPro is a remote diagnostic services provider. The vehicle stays in your bay. Your technician runs the physical work; a US-based Brand Specialist joins through ORION, AirPro’s operating system, and the two work the job together. The AirPro product line is what makes that connection possible: the AirPro Scan Tool on the vehicle, Auggie Air for forward-facing camera targeting, and ORION tying the bay to the Brand Specialist on the call. The technical depth and the documentation come from AirPro; the physical repair stays with your shop’s technician.

Three products, one purpose. Each is built to put industry-leading ADAS capability in your technician’s hands without sending a vehicle out or handing the job to an overseas call center. AirPro services cover 98% of all vehicles on the road, across every powertrain in service: internal combustion, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and battery electric, including the proprietary ADAS implementations EV-native OEMs build their vehicles around.

Every assist comes from one of our US-based Brand Specialists. Our Brand Specialists have worked in repair shops and run ADAS diagnostics and calibration themselves. They have in-depth experience on the vehicle brand they specialize in, the same brand your technician is staring at across the bumper. They speak the language of the bay because they have worked the bay. No script. No call tree. No transfer to a supervisor.

The AirPro Diagnostic & Calibration Device. The device that connects your bay to a US-based Brand Specialist.

AirPro Diagnostics Device

The AirPro Diagnostic & Calibration Device connects directly to the vehicle in your bay. It runs a full pre-scan across every ADAS-relevant module, captures every active and stored fault code, and supports brand-authenticated tooling, including the security gateway authentication that late-model Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and other vehicles require. One click puts a US-based Brand Specialist with in-depth experience on the brand on the call, and documentation generates against the OEM position statement the moment the scan completes.

The device is included with your AirPro subscription. Hardware updates and software releases push automatically, so there is no risk of an out-of-date tool sitting on your bench. The AirPro Diagnostic & Calibration Device is the in-bay end of the AirPro service: your technician runs the scan, and the diagnostic depth arrives on the call.

Auggie Air. Forward-facing camera targeting, in less space, on every windshield.

Auggie Air Calibration Device shown open

Auggie Air is AirPro’s purpose-built Digital Targeting System (DTS) for the forward-facing camera calibrations every windshield replacement on an ADAS-equipped vehicle requires. Auggie Air uses machine learning and computer vision to render the ADAS targets and lighting conditions the OEM procedure calls for, replacing the 250-square-foot physical target board entirely. It is fully mobile, runs indoors or outdoors, and travels with the technician from the bay to the driveway.

Auggie Air renders the target. The calibration itself is run by a US-based Brand Specialist on the call, against the brand-specific OEM position statement, with full insurance documentation generated automatically. For the Auto Glass industry, Auggie Air is how forward-facing camera calibration comes in-house, with industry-leading technical depth behind every job.

ORION. The operating system that ties it together.

ORION is AirPro’s operating system, the connection between the AirPro device in your bay and the US-based Brand Specialist on the call. Your technician uses ORION to request a scan or calibration in one click, route the work to a US-based Brand Specialist with in-depth experience on the brand, and download the report and invoice that result. The scan, the codes, the assist, and the documentation move together, in one place.

ORION is where your documentation lives. Every file is captured against the OEM position statement and built to pass DRP audits for State Farm, Allstate, GEICO, Progressive, USAA, and other major DRP programs. For MSO networks, documentation is centralized across every location for fleet-wide reporting.

Built for the shop you run, at the volume you run it.

The same AirPro products, the same US-based Brand Specialist support, and the same full insurance documentation flow to every shop on the platform, scaled to the throughput each one demands.

  • The single-shop independent running low monthly volume. The same hardware, the same coverage, the same US-based Brand Specialist on the line, and the same insurance documentation as the highest-volume operator on the platform.
  • The high-volume single-shop operator. The same products at production speed, with documentation built to pass the DRP audits your shop meets through its insurer programs and Brand Specialist capacity sized to the throughput your bay demands.
  • The small MSO running two to three locations. Centralized ORION documentation across every shop, consistent Brand Specialist coverage on every assist, and one set of procedures so every location operates to the same standard.
  • The large MSO running dozens to hundreds of locations. Fleet-wide ORION documentation and DRP audit reporting across every shop in the network, a dedicated AirPro Representative coordinating across the network, and US-based Brand Specialist capacity sized to support every bay at once.

From single-bay independents to high-volume MSOs, AirPro’s products are how shops run scanning, diagnostics, calibrations, and module programming with industry-leading technical depth and full insurance documentation aligned to OEM position statements and DRP audit requirements.

Frequently Asked ADAS Diagnostic Questions

What products does AirPro offer?

AirPro offers three products that work together. The AirPro Scan Tool is the device that connects to the vehicle in your bay and runs a full pre-scan across every ADAS-relevant module. Auggie Air is AirPro’s purpose-built Digital Targeting System (DTS) for the forward-facing camera calibrations every windshield replacement requires. ORION is AirPro’s operating system, the cloud platform your technician uses to request work, reach a US-based Brand Specialist, and download reports and invoices. Each product puts an industry-leading ADAS capability in your technician’s hands, with a US-based Brand Specialist on the call.

No. Your shop uses the products that fit the work you do. Shops running ADAS diagnostics and scanning lead with the AirPro Scan Tool and ORION. Auto Glass shops and mobile glass technicians calibrating forward-facing cameras lead with Auggie Air. ORION is the common thread, the operating system that connects whichever AirPro products you run to a US-based Brand Specialist. Your AirPro Representative helps you choose the products and the plan that match your volume.

The device is included with your AirPro subscription. Hardware updates and software releases push automatically, with no per-update fees and no risk of an out-of-date tool sitting on your bench. Your AirPro Representative walks through which plan fits the volume you run.

Auggie Air is AirPro’s purpose-built Digital Targeting System for static forward-facing camera calibration. Auggie Air uses machine learning and computer vision to render the ADAS targets and lighting conditions the OEM procedure calls for, replacing the legacy physical target board entirely. Auggie Air itself does not perform the calibration. The calibration is run by a US-based Brand Specialist on the call, against the brand-specific OEM position statement, with full insurance documentation generated automatically.

ORION is AirPro’s operating system. Your technician uses ORION to request a scan or calibration, route the work to a US-based Brand Specialist with in-depth experience on the brand, and download the report and invoice that result. Every file is captured against the OEM position statement and built to pass DRP audits. ORION is the connection between the AirPro device in your bay and the Brand Specialist on the call.

No. AirPro is a remote diagnostic services provider. The vehicle stays in your bay, and the AirPro Scan Tool connects to it on your side. A US-based Brand Specialist joins through ORION to run the diagnostic or calibration with your team. AirPro’s US-based Brand Specialists never have physical access to the vehicle; your shop’s technician executes the physical work with the documentation already in hand.

Yes. Many late-model vehicles from Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and other OEMs require authenticated security gateway access before any meaningful diagnostic, scan clear, or module work can happen. AirPro’s US-based Brand Specialists run diagnostics with brand-authenticated tooling on every vehicle that requires it. Generic OBD scan tools and unauthenticated platforms cannot perform this work. AirPro can. (Specific brand coverage details available on request from your AirPro Representative.)

Yes. AirPro services cover the full range of powertrains on the road: internal combustion, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and battery electric. Our US-based Brand Specialists have in-depth experience on the EV-native OEMs your shop is increasingly likely to see, including the proprietary ADAS implementations those brands build their vehicles around.

OEM-licensed software is available on request. AirPro’s standard scan path uses brand-authenticated, best-in-class third-party, multi-brand, or aftermarket tooling, and any shop can request OEM-licensed access for the exact brand and model when the work calls for it. Your AirPro Representative helps you choose the right level of access for the work you do.
